Mepu furnaces can to order already at the factory be equipped with readiness for e.g. wood chip fuel. There are six furnace sizes available with powers varying from 170 to 500 kW. There are three fanning alternatives available, end blow, left side blow and right side blow. Capacities available vary from 3,0 to 11 kW and air circulation volumes from 12000 to 25400 m3/h.

MEPU FURNACES – FIRST-CLASS, LONG-LIFE PERFORMANCE
All Mepu furnaces are equipped with one or two stage Oilon oil burners. In cylindrical furnace the flame burns in the middle and is led to vertical finned tube heat exchangers. The combustion head is made of best possible fire-resisting steel.
Heat exchangers and smoke canal are of 3 mm steel plate. This solution secures an even heat distribution to the exchangers. Thick steel plate notable resists high temperatures and quick heat changes better and longer than the thinner ones. Vertical exchangers distribute the heat evenly, effectively, economically and without depositing soot. Possible combustion waste is dripped in the lower part of the furnace and can be easily removed from there. Only Mepu furnaces can be maintained and cleaned of the whole built-up width.
Smoke canal is situated on the side of the furnace so it is led horizontally out through the furnace room wall. Canal construction is secure and tight in all circumstances. E.g. the galvanised outer casing is a proof of the carefulness with which the design of Mepu furnaces has been followed through. Furthermore all equipment related to usage or maintenance have been situated so that all functions can be performed in the easiest possible way.
